1 bag of frozen mixed California veggies (it’s the one with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower in it)
1 can of Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese soup
milk (enough to fill the can of soup)
Mix the frozen veggies, Cheddar Cheese soup and can of milk together in a baking pan. Top with enough oatmeal and shredded cheese to cover. Sprinkle flax seeds. Put it in the oven for 30 min (or till cheese is melted and beginning to brown) on 350 F.
Eat. It’s delicious.
